About the System Director

I have spent over 20 years inside classrooms, solving the exact problems most daycare centers are struggling with today.

I have a 5 year education in early childhood development from Germany, where classroom structure, teacher presents and emotional regulation are not optional-they are the foundation.

The focus

I focus on three things:

  • Environment- the space either supports behavior or creates chaos
  • Teacher presence - how adults lead without constant correction
  • Structure- how the day flows so children feel secure

When these three align, the classroom begins to regulate itself

 

I've   worked in classrooms where teachers were overwhelmed,  children were over stimulated, and directors carried everything.

And I've worked in systems were everything flowed- calm, structured, and predictable.

The difference was never the children.

Never the teachers.
