Our journey to calm classrooms

In 2000 I pursued the amazing journey, for 5 years I studied early childhood education in Europe. This comprehensive education taught me invaluable elements like viewing the classroom as the "third teacher," implementing a system-oriented work approach, developing robust curricula, and integrating various holistic approaches like Montessori. This foundational experience sparked the idea for BLUME KIND: to bring these transformative European principles to daycare centers in Perry, Georgia, and beyond, helping them achieve calm, grounded, and appreciative learning spaces.

Through BLUME KIND's work, we envision significant positive changes for daycare centers, teachers, and children. For centers, we aim to create environments that are not only calm and organized but also deeply grounded and highly appreciated by families and staff. For teachers, we strive to reduce burnout by providing effective tools and a supportive framework, allowing them to lead with confidence and joy in a balanced classroom. Most importantly, for children, our goal is to foster a serene, stimulating, and nurturing atmosphere where they can thrive, learn, and grow. Building a foundation for lifelong success and well-being. Everyone deserves to be in a classroom that feels right.
